These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk6365 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk6365 website located at https://pk6365.cam and all related pages, content, features and information services provided thereon.

pk6365 is an English-language online gaming information platform. It is not a licensed gambling operator in Pakistan and does not hold regulatory approval from any Pakistani government authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body. 5.3 Account Termination

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pk6365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

You agree to use the Platform only in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, these Terms, and any additional guidelines or policies posted on the Platform. Specifically, you agree to:

• Access the Platform only through authorised means and interfaces;
• Refrain from misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation;
• Refrain from using automated tools, scripts, bots or scrapers to access, collect or index Platform Content without express written permission;

• Attempting to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security features of the Platform;

• Impersonating pk6365 staff, moderators or other Users;
• Posting, uploading or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or in violation of any third-party rights;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform;
• Using Platform Content for commercial redistribution, resale or republication without prior written consent from pk6365;
• Facilitating or encouraging any other person to engage in any of the above prohibited activities.

pk6365 does not process, handle or facilitate any financial transactions, deposits or withdrawals between Users and third-party Operators. All financial activity — including but not limited to deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, or cryptocurrency transfers — takes place directly between the User and the relevant Operator.

This guidance is based on publicly available information and does not constitute a guarantee of the availability, processing speed, fee structure or approval of any specific payment method.
